Clicking the menu “Users/Teachers & Staff” you can manage, which role the school staff is assigned to. The roles “Administrator”, “Staff” and “Teacher” are preset and can be adjusted to your preferences.
You also can add any number of new roles, for example for single teachers or adminstation staff. Any user can have more than one user role, for example teacher and administrator.
In the app every user only can see the modules he is enabled for.
If a user doesn’t have the right neither to read nor to edit a module, he will see a notice in the lower right of the screen. The corresponding buttons won’t be clickable for him.
